WHERE WILL FARMASINERGY 2023 TAKE PLACE? 

The event will take place at Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas located at 650 S. Griffin Street in Dallas, TX 75202.  

  

WHEN WILL BE FARMASINERGY 2023? 

FARMASINERGY 2023 kicks off on September 20th and goes through September 23rd. 

 

WHAT AIRPORT SHOULD I FLY INTO? 

For convenience and frequency of flights, your best airport selection would be Dallas/Fort Worth International (DFW). You may also fly into Dallas Love Field (DAL) if there is a more convenient flight option. 

DFW – Approximately 25 minutes from the convention center. 

DAL - Approximately 20 minutes from the convention center. 

  

CAN CHILDREN ATTEND FARMASINERGY 2023? 

Yes, children under 2 can attend at no additional cost. Children 2 years old or older will need a paid ticket to be admitted to the event. 

  

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE ON SEPTEMBER 21ST? 

To ensure you have plenty of time to arrive at the hotel and register, we recommend everyone book flights that arrive before 12 pm noon.

No, you need to arrange your round-trip transportation or use ride-sharing services.

WILL THERE BE A VIRTUAL OPTION? 

No, we will not offer a virtual ticket for FARMASINERGY 2023. 

 

WHAT LANGUAGES WILL BE AVAILABLE? 

The event will mostly be delivered in English. There will be a Spanish live translation.  

 

WILL BE FOOD SERVED AT THE EVENT? 

There will be different food options for purchase.

 

ARE THERE WHEELCHAIRS AVAILABLE AT THE HOTEL?

IS PARKING INCLUDED? 

No, you are responsible for parking fees at the venue.  

  

WHAT IF MY HOTEL ISN’T WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF THE CONVENTION CENTER? DOES THE EVENT HAVE TRANSPORTATION? 

All preferred hotels are within 10 minutes walking distance. If you choose to stay at a different hotel, you must arrange your own transportation.

The Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas is located in downtown Dallas at 650 S. Griffin Street in Dallas, TX 75202.

The parking garage and three surface parking lots (Lots C and E) can accommodate almost any vehicle. They offer online-advance parking for select events. Purchase now.

Public transportation is readily available and convenient when attending an event at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas (KBHCCD). Amtrak and the Trinity Railway Express both service Dallas Union Station, which is located just 2 1/2 blocks northeast of the Convention Center.

  

WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION? 

When you arrive to register, you will need to bring with you the QR code received by email and a photo ID. ​

  

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REGISTRATION QR CODE? 

You will receive the QR code via email to enter the event prior to the event date. For now, you will have confirmation of your registration via email.  

  

IF I DO NOT ARRIVE FOR REGISTRATION, WHEN AND WHERE CAN I REGISTER?

WILL THERE BE SWAG FOR SALE? 

There will be a store inside the venue with swag available for purchase. Shipping services will not be available, be sure to plan to take your swag home in your luggage.  

  

WILL THERE BE RECOGNITION? 

Yes! Stay tuned for more details, but plan for FARMASInergy’s favorite celebration to take place Saturday night.

Welcome Event: Country Western Theme 

General Sessions and Breakouts: Business Casual, Dress to Impress 

Recognition Event: Formal, let me Jewel Tone (bright and bold) 

 

TIP: Be sure to bring comfortable shoes! There is always a lot of walking at FARMASInergyand we want to make sure you feel your best.

REFUND, CANCELATION & TRANSFER

If you are unable to attend this event, you can request to transfer your ticket to another person by September 7th.

  

HOW CAN I TRANSFER MY TICKET? 

Please send an email requesting the transfer to events@farmasius.com. Be sure to include the email of the person you are transferring the ticket to. 

  

WHAT STEPS DO I NEED TO TAKE ONCE I RECEIVE THE TICKET TRANSFER?

·    Go to https://www.farmasinergy.com/farmasinergy2023 

·    Click on ‘REGISTER’ on the upper right side of the page 

·    Enter your email address 

·    Select the same ticket type that was originally purchased 

·    Enter the discount code we sent to your email account provided 

·    Click ‘Continue’ and fill out your Personal Information and Additional Information 

·    Once you have completed all five steps, you will receive a confirmation email
